Dragging the reinstatement of accounts

On 14 Oct 2018,Ashley Andrew,Customer Care Manager, ********** 747 send the following to ALL my creditors including FNB "Please find attached Form 17.2 – Rejected; withdrawing the client’s application due to this fact: "Kindly reinstate the client’s account (s) to its normal state and credit facility, as the client is more than capable to take care of these commitments with her income" As a Private Client, I've been emailing Wayne Naidoo to assist in the process, no action was taken. (I have all emails on record), up until this hour...12:45 on 2018/11/06 His advise to me was: "but I need you to be demanding and upset and then maybe they will make a move and get things sorted out" What a disappointmentment, I'm not a demanding private client but this is ridiculous to say the least. Debit orders have been unpaid. I insist that FNB reimburst the banking costs I've incurred and this whole debt review process was NOT my doing, I did not agree to be under debt review. I had a diffucult financial past and do anything possible to maintain a good credit record. I did call the Debt Review Centre and after 46min my call was answered by Mmamogale, whom informed me they experience some issues on the system and I have to start my request all over again and send an email to ********** . Not once did fnb bother to call me to follow up on the instruction from Consumer Group Company. I am disappointed and very much humiliated by the creditors calling me.
