DR Simphiwe Madikizela

I have never given FNB a rating higher than one star on HelloPeter because they have never given me a reason to. But today all of that changes thanks to DR Simphiwe Madikizela from FNB Housing in PTA.

I woke up thinking and reflecting on the year I had and I realized that it would be a great injustice if I do not give credit where credit is due and it's been a long time coming. Mr Madikizela has helped me not once, not twice but quite a number of times where I need assistance from FNB Housing but the standard channels were failing me.

Before I met MR Madikizela my relationship with FNB housing was terrible, so terrible that I drove to FNB in PTA to get a solution to my issue. An issue that I had been fighting for, for over 5 to 6 months without any resolution until Mr Madikizela came into the picture. Since then I have had great service from FNB Housing.

Not only that but after complaining about long hold times he worked on improving those hold times and I can confirm those hold times have improved drastically from 20/30 minutes hold times to just under 4 minutes last I checked. It was so bad that I stopped using airtime and just went to fnb branches and called with those phones.

So in closing, I hope this gets to Dr Simphiwe. I hope his role in the company becomes as senior as possible so he can roll out positive changes within the organization. Not enough words can express the gratitude. Ngiyabonga Mina!
