Downloading statements is a mission

I have been banking with FNB for a very long time, we have home loans and a business account with them. The one thing that they cant get right is providing the account statements. Some get emailed to me, no problem. Then I have to download the statements for 3 other accounts, complete disaster. Today the website allows me to download but nothing is sent, when I log in again there are no statements? Please FNB get it right
