See complaint trail regarding SARS compliance of my minor Child's junior account and yet no such issue with my other child's bank account. Just plain bad service. Complaint 16 February 2021 Complaint 10 May 2021 *** Complaint 13 May 2021 *** Complaint 27 August 2021 *** This problems was resolved by Melissa van Niekerk who was recommended to assist in the matter by 1 of your Managers that phoned me. I was impressed with the manner these 2 people addressed my complaint. Unfortunately your business has enough *********** staff to undo it all. This problem has now resurfaced with another phone call from the CRS department. I insisted they should take matter up with Melissa and revert back to me. Today I received another SMS regurgitating the same issue as if nothing was done. I have no words to describe your service after banking with FNB for +-31 years.
