Downgrade of benefits

For about 2 years we were on level 5 of ebucks reward system. All of a sudden due to new rules we are in free fall. Level 5 to level 4 and less than a month later to level 3. and the system is so complicated that it takes an expert to explain it. There is no longer any point to belonging and I will be applying for a Discovery Credit card as soon as I have redeemed my ever diminishing points while I still can! This involves closing 3 credit cards with FNB. could this be what FNB want?
