Downgrade nighmare

FNB is just getting worst and worst. What a waste private client is. I been trying to downgrade for months. Everytime I just get case number and no feedback. Latest thing getting disconnect for call centre.

PS, Discovery bank is beating you with the banking app. Terrible how FNB had the best app for years and now it is down the drain
