DOWNGRADE MY BANK ACCOUNT.

All am asking is for you guys to downgrade my account. I called on the 29th of September asking my bank account to be downgraded. Today when i call, when the lady heard downgrade she hung up her phone. I decided to chat on the App, apparently my account was not lodged to be downgraded. I put in a request today for the account to be downgraded. Can you just do the right thing and downgrade the account.

I will never ever use FNB ever again.
