Downgrade my Account Package - I have beeeeeeeeen asking

I would like FNB to downgrade my cheque account to the cheapest package. I have been asking for this for some time and I am being taken from post to pillar. My financial status has changed drastically owing to lockdown to the level of registering for debt counselling. I have been told to call certain numbers which go unanswered for hours. I am having financial trouble and you are making things worse
