Downgrade from PLatinum to Gold Cheque Card

Good Day,<br> <br> I have a platinum cheque card from FNB, and am paying the Platinum monthly service fees, but when i try use the benefits of the platinum card I get turned away and told that I am technically only gold status.<br> <br> An example of this would be trying to get into the Slow Lounge at OR tambo airport, i got turned away stating that i only fall into the Gold Category.<br> <br> I would like to please be placed back onto the gold cheque card with the correct fees, please. <br> <br> I would like someone to contact me in order to do this please?
