Downgrade

I wnated too open a 2nd Easy Account account no were in the application did it say I was upgrading my Easy Account ending in 202938 to a Aspire account please downgrade me back to a normal easy account as soon as possible because I can't afford the bank fees of such a account I'm only a pensioner and I get my old age pension in that account
