Double up fuel

I see the Double up fuel calculator is faulty, as it shows that I didn't qualify for the months July, August and September this year.

I do qualify:

1) I have vehicle finance with VW financial services for 4 years altready.

2) My vehicle was loaded onto the FNB app last year.

3) I exclusively buy 100% fuel at Engen (I buy snacks at other fuel stations which is NOT against the qualifying rules)

It's being ignored for over 4 months. Don't promise to give qualifying customers things if your algorhithm is broken.
