Double payments putting me in hot water

I'm really disappointed in fnb. I made 4 payments with my card on the 1st of january on the N3 toll gates and got notifications 5 days later that payments went through. On the 12th of January i again got notifications that the same payments have gone off and now i am obviously on a minus balance because i made these payments on the 1st when i had money in my account. As if that is not enough you have now charged me an extra R135 for #item paid no funds. How does this work how do u only take payments 12 days later????? please reverse this so my account can go back to a positive balance
