Double payment taken off my account

So on the 30th of May I made a transaction(paying for gas) for R200 the app even shows that the money left my account I even get an email from Incontact. So I haven't used my card much since then on the 24th of June when I check my balance it says R-187 and when I call the call centre they said it's a transaction from 30th May and when I ask them how is it coming out again they couldn't even explain, they just said a whole lot of nothing. I had to check my statements and that money never came back to my account because if it did the balance would be on R0
