Double payment for same transaction

FNB has a habit of making double payment for a the same transaction on different days. I was at Makro on the 02-03-2022 to purchase some merchandise and paid for it using my FNB card which was successful. The same amount for the same transaction was debited again on the 27-03-2022. Problem this is not the 1st time this happens and when you try to report it you’ll be sent to pillar to post trying to retrieve your money. Such a big bank but has loop holes 🕳 critical matters. I’m considering changing it cos I don’t think I’m the first to complain about this 😡😡😡😡.
