Double deductions in one month
<p>Hightly irrated by FNB deducting a loan of which they deduct on 30th however this month they deducted again on the 15th and I wasn't aware of this and didn't approve it. And when I went to the back I have been told to contact loan department and I have been trying for days now I'm receiving no response due to high call Volumes!!!</p>
