Double deductions 3rd and then again 14th May 2025

Double deductions went off for 2 purchases on my account on the 3rd May 2025 then again on the 14 May 2025, FNB claims it was processed late but I have proof that the amounts went off against my account, I have an email and sms notification that it was deducted on the 3rd of May 2025 and now again on the 16th May 2025 , I need the R500 and R69.96 paid back into my account, I called logged complaints and no help from fnb just simply reply with the transactions were processed late , it was not processed late it was deducted from my account twice, I need this resolved urgently and to be credited for these Double deductions.
