Double Deductions.

After a couple of my latest transactions FNB has successfully deducted the applicable amounts from my balance. The problem however is that every transaction is then AGAIN deducted from my available balance. This has been like this for over 20days now.
When visiting the branch the only answer for this is that the company/institution/vendor is withholding the balance and that I should rectify it with them. After confirming that no double transaction was the reason from the vendors themselves (on speaker phone with the consultant present) I was asked to fill in claims form.
This form did not even have this particular mistake as an option and I was asked to write it at the bottom myself.

The claim process however takes 15 days.

So FNB's system deducts the money from my account and thereafter withholds the same amount AGAIN but the problem would not be solved if I did not go into the branch (this was an excuse given by the consultant) and still it is not.

This is a business account and I have not had cash-flow for the last 20 days because of this... Yet there is no compensation even in the form of admittance of a problem and the responsibility of resolving it by FNB.
