Double deduction

FNB credit card deducted double amount on my account though i had an arrangement with them to deduct certain amount on card. I had the same issue with them sometime last year October which they apologised for deducting that money and refunded me back. <br> <br> the same issue occured this month January again, so no consultant is willing to assist, the've been transfeering me from one consultants to the othe and no one is willing to assist.<br> <br> what upset me is for how long are they going to double deduct my money? this ridiculous. Poor service to the T.
