Double debits law in call and closing cases without our authority

Legal plan double debit monthly, unacceptable makes my other things bounce. LEGAL PLAN FNB LAW ON CALL CLOSES CASES BEFORE WE EVEN ĶNEW THEY WANTED DOCS. AT FNB LEGAL THEY ASK U TO GET A CREDIT REPORT, NOT MY JOB CALL MY MOM SHE'S IN THE POLICY FOR THESE MATTERS
