Double debiting fees and insurance on PL

I recently requested you to review/lower my PL's premium, however: On your banking website, I see under the account settings that the new monthly premium is R5730.33.

A note states that this amount excludes the credit insurance and monthly fees, bringing it to the R6642.71 that appears on your banking app, which I am happy with, BUT if this is so, then why on the transaction history is the total amount (including fees and insurance) being deducted as well as the insurance and monthly fees, separately?

Please URGENTLY explain before I take this further!
