Double debiting every month

<p>I have two loans with FNB, for three months they have been double debiting after making arrangements with their legal department. Last month they assured me that it won't happen again now it persists and on top they debiting over the amount. Last month for two loans they debited 6times and one loan was closed, so for this month they debited for one loan twice plus an extra amount from legal department. I need help because now I have been going to bank for help and when they have to reverse the extra amount they take weeks. </p>
