Double debiting

<p>(Monday 23.01.2017 ) "My Name is Simphiwe Tshabalala ********** 378088 , I am client of FNB for the past 8 years and I hold a Cheque and Credit Card. I wish to bring to your attention that FNB took double on debit order for the credit card that pulled off on the 20.01.2017 and pulled again on the 21.01.2017.</p> <p>The agreement i had with FNB was for them to deduct R1410 on Friday the 20.01.2017 only.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now their some debit orders on my account that didn’t run due to the above mentioned matter.</p> <p>I believe i can't be liable for any unpaid debit orders on my Cheque Card due to the above mentioned matter."</p> <p> Today 27.01.2017 i have spoken to Hlengiwe Kunene to assist but i was told to contact Collection Services. a week is ending now without my query being total resolved.</p> <p>This morning my bank Acc was on nagetive -457, but after calling Protea Gardens branch, the amount of R1410 was paid into my Cheque Acc, But my problem was "who should pay for the unpaid that caused a negative into my Acc due to their Double deduction.</p> <p> </p> <p>can i get help because i pay monthly fees for having a Acc with FNB and for a good service, am not banking with them for Free.</p> <p>Can FNB please help as it urgent on my side.</p> <p> </p>
