Double debited HOMELOAN

My bond was double deducted by FNB. I spoke from lady named Kristen McDonalds and her manager Pretty Nonhlanhla. Its now 9 days and am still for this matter to be sorted out. I have escalated this matter guess what nothing has been. I had debit orders that was suppose to go off no funds was available. This is the reason the left them to go Capitec. I am back now. What a horrible mistake. I have no money available for my money is in minus because of this matter. I was promised on the 1/2/3 of July that this will be sorted. FNB have disappointed and humiliated me. I had money to provide even bread to my family for the last days. Still counting. Until now nothing has been done, PLEASE SOMEONE FROM FNB SORT THIS. I hope you are going to compensate me for this **** you caused.
