“Double debited ‘delayed transactions’ from FNB”

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the “delayed transactions” from 25 december 2024 to 30 december 2024

Opened my banking app this morning to find that i have a whopping -R2841 in my fnb premier account. Where did the money go that you took from my account when i made purchases during that time period?I never got it back since then and then to my surprise see that you took all of that money from me again?

Thank you for making a long January even longer and leaving me with no money.

Why only inform people a month after?I never even got a notifcation of any kind informing me of this?
