Double debit - zero action from bank

Beginning of May I made a purchase from a grocery store for approx R150-00.

Couple of weeks later, I noticed on the bank statement that I had been debited twice for the transaction, whereupon I returned to the shop. I was informed to contact FNB directly.

FNB sent me some documents to complete etc. FNB stated that they would reply within 48hrs. A few days later I received a sms stating that the shop has 30 days to respond to the claim.

30 days came and went, and I contacted FNB again. Again I was given the "We will respond within 48 hrs" BS.

as to which nothing happened. 10 DAYS later I had to contact FNB again, as to which I received the same SMS.

A couple days past, and I received another SMS stating that the shop has another 30 DAYS to respond to the claim. Jip, complete BS.

I again contacted FNB via email, to which I have still not been given a reply.
