Double Debit Order

Not happy at all. Contacted FNB on secure chat to ask about double debit for the exact same amount and exact same d/o. I must call DA directly. I'm sorry, how did your system allow this double deduction, where only ONE d/o has be authorized for this amount! Very helpful, NOT! First month this happened and "slipped through the cracks". Clearly can't trust FNB or their brother company! Fuming and secure chat of zero assistance. Sure they did not even check to see what is happening on account. Just contact the other Company, so they can wash their hands!
