double debit order
My account with the bank is areas and an arrangement with bank was made for them to deduct my account on the 26th of September 2017. However on the 26th of September my account was not debited - on the 29th of September I then deposited an amount of R4800 into my personal loan account as per the agreement with tFNB. On the 02nd of October FNB debited my account with R2541.98 the next day on the 03rd of October deducted an amount of R2541.97. In total the bank has R9883,95.
I then on the 03rd of October I then called the collections department and was told i should have waited for the bank to debit my account to avoid such inconveniences - nonetheless, I was a request to reverse the monies into my account has been issued and was going to take no more than 48hrs to hit my account as per their SLA.
On Friday the 04th of October I called and was told that a request has been issued and I should wait. On the 12th of October I called again I was told the money would reflect this Friday.
1. I'm getting SMS's from FNB saying my transnational account is areas 2. Am not happy with the turn around time to-date, its been more than a week since request was loged
