Double debit on fnb life cover.

Contacted FNB on secured chat, spoke to sanelisiwe, no help.jus gives me a number to call. I asked to be called back from fnb and get told when it's convenient for me I can call fnb.! Called the number ***. Called five times. Each time I get put through to Consults fnb life cover dep, they answer n call cuts, another put me on hold n call got cut off, another asks me to confirm identity and the call cuts off.another puts me through to wrong department.

Very bad service from consultants.
