Double debit in January from FNB LIFE when I cancelled my policy in November 2022. Please refund
I cancelled my fnb life insurance last year In November. Only to get double debitted in January. I logged a debit order dispute to which only one premium was refunded in full. And then a further R30 for the second premium. I have sent several mails and contacted fnb safe chat to which no success. I was even asked to send my bank statement via email but still a week later no response. reference number ***.
Can fnb give me back my money?

I was contacted and I proved that the funds were not refunded. You called and said that the difference would be refunded. But up to date no refund has been granted. The agent from the help desk says it was refunded and I humbly ask where on my statement does it show that... But they just respond that it was???
Please can you help? Seems like they don't understand what you and I understand from my statement.
