Double Debit from FNB

FNB is not protecting us from ***** and double debit 😭 I paid using my FNB card from China Mall at Mthatha on the 14th of December ( R499 &R810) it went through . Surprisingly good this morning both amounts are deducted again from my account how come ?Last year Checkers didn't deliver my order I disputed that with FNB but I didn't get my money back .
