Double debit

Could someone please call me regarding a debit reversal? I’ve tried to reach out through the secure chat on the official FNB app, but it doesn’t seem to be working. I also attempted to contact the bank directly, but all my attempts were unsuccessful. This is regarding a double debit, and the money has already been transferred to the owing account. I need the funds reversed.
