double charged for prepaid car rental !

I booked a car rental on the eBucks Travel platform and paid for it in full using my eBucks. Today I discovered that Avis then also charged my credit card for the rental. Totally unacceptable and truly ridiculous !!! EVERY INTERACTION WITH EBUCKS IS JUST A COMPLETE MESS !!! EVERY SINGLE TIME !!!!
