DOUBLE CHARGED FOR NOTHING

Had problems with my virtual card at krispy creme and i had to pay with discovery and then was DOUBLE CHARGED by fnb. This is not acceptable. Start a secure chat and 10mins later im still hanging around eith no service. I want my money back please fnb. I am not paying 3 times for a cup of coffee
