Double charge

Im very disappointed about the service i have benn getting from FNB i have requested 3 months bank statements from Khethani i have waiting amd waiting i did ask some 1 else who sends the statements immediately Moodley, at my surprise in the afternoon i got the statement which i have requested in the morning now i have been double charge and the transaction statement cost 29 per page guys this is really unfair just for your poor performance now im been charge double almost r1000 this is very bad really and i need my money back please its not my fault when your guys are giving poor service really.
