Double bond deduction

I have asked for my bond instalment to be deducted from my payslip .to my suprice 28/02/2023 the bond was deducted from the salary then the next day it was again deducted from my fnb bank account.I went to benmore fnb to ask for them to reverse it they said they can’t do it .they made me call another department, the lady whom I was speaking to on the phone said that I can only get the “access “ from the bond account which is way lesser than the instalment.she then gave me An email *** , I did that but still there’s no response to my matter .I even tried to get hold of them social media I’m still not assisted .my account is on minus all my debit orders for this month didn’t go through .they said it might take 7/14 for the money to reflect in their account.I want to know what is the purpose of having branches when we can’t get assisted .
