Double Billing on Overdraft
I have an Overdraft Facility with FNB since 2014 and had no problem with the billing of the interests. Since February 2016 My account is being debited twice for the interest on the overdraft. I called the customer care line hundred times and all they do is to transfer the calls back and forth from Overdrafts team to General enquiries. I even visited the branch and still no one seems to know how to resolve my issue.
