Double billing deducted from account

I have a legal plan and they deducted 2 x R65 from my account. WHY????<br> Its still not put back.<br> <br> Also there is no email address for the legal department. You pay R65 every month and get nothing!! The only way to contact them is via telephone.<br> <br> I don't want to contact them via telephone. I want an email address. If you cannot give me one. Then cancel the plan! Its useless anyway!! And refund my money for all the months because I haven't used it at all. I want all my money back immediately! Useless legal stupid thing!
