Dormant account not lifted, being sent around in circles!

I left the country and kept my ACCOUNT open so that I can still receive money from Sars. I got requested to send in my fica documents, due diligence forms etc, I've sent this all yes my account is still dormant.

It's been weeks and no one can help me, I get sent around department by department by ******** people who have no clue what to do.

I need my account opened, I'm sick of being asked to contact KYC the KYC tell me to contact a banker.

Why is it so hard to help a longtime customer? It's pathetic! I need my account opened!
