Dont waste clients time with petty things

I ordered a savings account online, I arranged with CCV to deliver at a said time. Congratulations on making the time perfectly, but get told the proof of address was not good enough. I had a Kalahari delivery invoice, but some how BMW FINANCE accepted the EXACT SAME invoice (copy of) for a purchase of a car...not a simple SAVINGS account.<br> I have a PO Box, hence no deliveries to my home<br> Please dont bother with the saving account, I will arrange one with another bank. Maybe its time to move my Private Clients profile.<br>
