dont want with my refund
money was paid into one account and accidently it was transferred into a wrong account, call the call center for a refund been told that it can not be done after i was advised by 3 or 4 agent that a refund will be done and it will take between 1 to 7 days . now am been told it can not done call back n i have been transferred for one agent to another with out any help. told then that money is for school fees and no one is welling to help
