dont want to increase my lim7t

Ive been with fnb forever now I open a petrol card they offered me 5000, I said no I need 2000 for now, I went home thought about it and this morning I called and asked them to increase it to 3000 to make it 5000 as they offered .today figiswa told me I dont qualify fnb theres your 2000 in the card I just transfered it .please close it will go to ABSA now please
