Don't want me to withdraw my R20 000 inside Victoria West branch

Can you FNB tell me how in the world does your service work?Yesterday you messed up my payment which someone transferred me and today my atm limit has exceeded and I went inside FNB Victoria West to withdraw R20 000,That lady who messed up the transfer of yesterday are telling me that she can't help me she can only cmgave me R30 000 or more.Now I can't pay anone because you don't want to help me with my own money .I will m9ve to standard bank or Absa where I can withdraw any amount inside the branch or at the ATM.I want you to call FNB Victoria West and ask them why they don't want to help clients of them or do they chase us away for no reason!!!!!!!Thay tell me to go to Spar and ask for cash back but I dont bank with Spar I bank at this useless bank
