The current exchange rate (selling) on your the FNB site is R14.61 for 1usd my purchace from this FNB values would have been R5 391.09

The current exchange rate on google is R14.35 for 1usd

i just made a purchase of 369 USD for a software product, and got charged R5 923.54.

so you took R532.45 as commission, this is a ripoff!

I understand that there could be a small handling fee when doing online transactions but this is ridiculous.
