Don't use this bank

Terrible service.

I've been trying to use their PayPal services for non-FNB customers and its taken me two months and I still can't get help with an issue. I email their paypal services emails every week at this point and they never reply (I do know I have the right email addresses because I've gotten responses from them before) and they ignore everything I send. Ive tried calling and they don't answer. I went into a branch and they told me i can't get assistance with paypal at a branch.

The worst service a bank has ever provided me. If you have an account with them, you should close it. If you're considering opening an account, this is the worst online banking service provider in the country.
