Don't use FNB Vehicle Finance

We had a vehicle financed through FNB a few years ago. Vehicle was paid up 3 years. We selling vehicle and realised that FNB did no send us Paid up letter and registration documents. I had to pay them another R362 to do title transfer. Two weeks later I receive an email saying they could not do transfer due to some admin issue. Email says that I must contact vehicle licensing department but does not give any number. If you call FNB, expect to spend a few hundred rands on airtime. This is the most unprofessional impersonal bank. I spent hours on the phone holding on. Last week they promised it will be another 3 days, then email yesterday. No contact numbers....nothing....please find your vehicle finance elsewhere
