Don't use FNB to renew your license disk!

I renewed my car license disk on the 21/11/2023 via the FNB App. It has been 17 working days with no license and nobody at FNB can assist you to track or locate the disk. FNB makes it the clients problem to get the disk after they charge you an additional fee to ensure you get your license on time. Please make use of any other service to get your license as FNB is useless!
