Don't use FNB to renew your cars License Disk. I am waiting 2 months!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Dear all,
I have paid for a renewal of my license disk on the 19/11/2020, to date it has not been received. I email the support email, I have raised the issue on the FNB Facebook page, and FNB queries and complaints as well as previously posting on Hello Peter. To date I have still not received my license disk. Its already two months. I believe that a consumer should receive the product or service he paid for without begging and pleading. I am very disappointed and i wish someone would resolve this. If I don't get my license disk soon I will have to go to the media and consult with my legal services. This service should be cancelled the way it operates.

I was told by FNB NAV to go get my own disk (A reprint) at the post office or license department, this makes me angry cause FNB took my money to provide me with a service now i have to do it myself. this is the email from Adelaide the person in charge(See below). In addition i was told i have a block which I don't I checked online and with license department nothing was blocking my license disk. I get the same response every time FNB cant deliver my disk. There is no printout shared with me or proof of payment made for the disk that I could believe this story. Btw this is 2 months after I paid for the disk.
"Apologies for the delayed feedback, however your renewal of the licence disk could not be processed due to outstanding fine/s and/or other expired licence disk/s. Once matter has been resolved you are advised to get immediately a reprint at the licence department or post office

Please ensure that my money is refunded as this means I have to get my own disk, so why take my money and deliver nothing!!!. I think FNB is ******** people by taking money from the public and not making any effort to deliver a service which we paid for !!!
