Don’t use FNB. They *****.

But the FNB app has given false information. When I tried to but 2gb for R150 the app told me that there was a "service error and it couldn't be processed , try again later" so I tried again as I needed the data. Same message. Then a couple of minutes later I tried again. Still the same message.

20 minutes later my phone goes crazy and it deducts R150 three times from my account. How is that my fault. FNB is accountable.
