DONT USE FNB!! They dont even have the decency to call you regarding payments you apparently owe them! YOU ARENT EVEN AWARE YOU OWE THEM!

FNB HAS NOW GIVEN ME A BAD CREDIT RATING FOR SOMETHING I WASNT EVEN MADE AWARE OF! I have been paying my phone account every month. I set up a debit order and they never did the debit, I had to go in every month and make the payment myself. I finally sorted out the debit order. I get a phone call today from and attorney saying I owe FNB money for my phone account, but if you log onto my online banking its says that there is no amount in arrears. The attorney told me that apparently I haven't been paying for the sim card(I dont even use the fnb sim card) I explained that I took the phone and sim card out together as a package and I wasn't even aware that I owed them money. NO ONE AT FNB EVEN BOTHERED TO CONTACT ME THEY JUST HANDED ME OVER SAYING I HAVEN'T PAID THEM.!! Could FNB not contact me and find out why they have not received any payments instead of handing me over! this is not the first time I have had a problem with FNB! Dont go to FNB go to another bank FNB is a *******!!!
