Dont use FNB (Non-Resident) if you want to see your money/if there are other options!

After a year of exchanges with FNB Non-Res I still do not have resolution of missing pension payments to the UK. I have an elderly lady going without food because FNB cannot work out why they are sending money to the wrong account, why they cant send any to the correct account and cant account for the 15 months when no payments were made at all. I have tried different team members and different lines of escalation to no avail. Avoid at all costs.
